Andy was born and raised in York County. While growing up in the York Area he attended Dover Area High School and eventually attended York College of Pennsylvania with a focus in Criminal Justice. Andy holds his license with Coldwell Banker in York, PA. He is a member of the Realtors Association of York and Adams County.

Elmira was born and raised in the Republic of Moldova, Eastern Europe. She attended Ion Creanga State Pedagogical College in Moldova as a major in French Language and Literature and she is Licentiate in Philology. Former French Teacher, she is hardworking, patient, internally motivated and self determined.
Elmira has been a resident of Pennsylvania since 2015. During this time she worked as a substitute teacher at The Arc of Chester County and West Chester Area School District.
She lives in York County with her husband and their two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, she loves reading and traveling.
